SOUTH PLYMOUTH – David L. “Tubbs” Mort, 86, of South Plymouth, passed away early Tuesday morning, Jan. 27, 2009, in the Chenango Memorial Hospital. The son of Cradock and Emma Ruth Lowery Mort, Dave was born in April of 1922 in Lily, Pa.
