Walter George Glendening passed away peacefully May 17, 2026 at Chenango Memorial Hospital.
Walt was born August 14, 1939 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Utica. He was the son of William and Gertrude (Dietrich) Glendening.
Walt married Patricia (Palmatier) Glendening on Feb 2, 1963. Patricia survives him. He is also survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, and a son and daughter-in-law: Rene’ and Kevin Treffeisen, Walton; Rebecca and Craig..

Philip O. Nelson, 81, of Smyrna, passed away at his home on Saturday, May 16, 2026.
He was born on December 29, 1944, in Norwich, a son of the late Gerald and Lois (Eastman) Nelson. A lifelong area resident, he began his education in Smyrna before graduating from the Sherburne-Earlville Central School.
Philip was married to Norena Austin until her passing in 2021. He later married Sharon (Graham) Chrisbacher in Smyrna on November 4, 2024.

Marshall Conor Sepello, passed away at Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital, Syracuse, on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at the age of 12. He was born in Boston, MA on January 9, 2014, the beloved son of Michael and Rebecca (Sanner) Sepello.
