Nower, 77, of Earlville, was stricken at home on Tuesday, June 30, 2009, and passed away unexpectedly at Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton.  He was born in Oneida on Dec. 25, 1931, a son of the late Clifford and Virginia Nower. NORWICH – Aline P. Oliver, 84, formerly of County Rd. 29 and more recently of Mead’s Pond, Norwich, passed away late Monday night, June 29, 2009, at her home.
