PRESTON – Lyle M. Schieferstein, 88, of Preston, passed away on Oct. 26, 2011 at Chenango Memorial Hospital, Norwich. He was born on Aug. 13, 1923 in Centerport, a son of John and Emily (Bishop) Schieferstein. On Oct. 13, 1945, he married Lorraine Nichols, who survives. He is also survived by his children, Lyle A. MORRISON, Ill. – Keegan B. Plaugic, 21, of 105 W. Morris St., Morrison, Ill., died Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011. Keegan was born May 17, 1990 in Norwich, the son of Brian T. and Rosemary K. (Monroe) Plaugic. He was educated in the Sherburne-Earlville grade schools and moved to Illinois in 2003. He was a 2008 graduate of Morrison High School.
