SHERBURNE – Sharon E. Mann, 66, of North Main St., passed away Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011 at Community Memorial Hospital, Hamilton.
She was born Sept. 10, 1945 in Cortland, a daughter of the late William and Marie S. Kaiser and was a graduate of Afton High School. Sharon had worked at Automecha in Oxford until her retirement. Following that, she was a bartender at the Honky Tonk in Sherburne. She enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing shuffleboard.
Surviving are her children, Sheila Benjamin and Jim Fox of McDonough; and Jerry Mann of Whitney Point; a sister and brother-in-law, Kay and John Humphrey of Afton; brother and sister-in-law, William and Patsy Kaiser of Afton; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren on the way. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. A great-granddaughter, Jade Kennedy, and a sister, Tina Kaiser predeceased her.
A Celebration of her Life will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 25, from the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 10 S. Main St., Sherburne. Interment will be private.
