NORWICH – Philip R. Tiffany, 70, of Norwich, passed away Friday evening, Nov. 18, 2011, in the Valley View Manor Nursing Home of Norwich.
Phil was born in the Town of Davenport in April of 1941. He was the son of Kenneth and Francis Miller Tiffany. On Feb. 12, 1966 in New Berlin, he married Linda Jackson, who survives. Phil has made his home in Norwich for over 25 years and had previously lived in the Oneonta area. While living in Norwich he was employed by CWS.
Phil is survived by his wife Linda of Norwich and a brother “Jr.” Ornsby of Masonville. He was predeceased by a sister Rose and several other siblings.
A graveside service for Phil will be held at a later date at the Ouleout Valley Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
