Margaret L. Westgate, 89, of Bainbridge, New York passed away on December 1, 2017 at the Norwich Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Margaret (Peggy) was born on June 26, 1928, and spent most of her life in the Bainbridge area. Robert E. Aikins, 88, of Chenango Ave., passed away Thursday, November 30, 2017 at the Crouse Community Center, Morrisville. He was born in New Berlin on December 10, 1928 a son of the late Edwin and Veda Talbot Aikins and received his education in New Berlin and Sherburne Schools.
