Kenneth R. Meade, Jr, 91, formerly of Norwich, Hamilton and most recently of the New York State Veterans Home passed away peacefully, December 24, 2017, at the New York State Veterans Home.

There will be a prayer service held in the spring of 2018 at a time to be announced from the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home with interment to follow in St. Paul’s Cemetery.
