Francis E.Aldrich (82) died December 2, 2017 in Deland, FL.
Fran was born in Brookfield, NY to Laura (McClintock) Aldrich and Ray Eugene Aldrich who predecease him.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret F. Aldrich, daughter and son-in-law Carol and Larry Hunter, son and daughter-in-law Daniel and Leanne Aldrich, sister and brother-in-law Kathleen and Harry Larkin. He is also survived by grandsons kirby Hunter and Adam Aldrich, nephew and nieces.
Fran graduated from Leonardsville High and retired from the veterinary college of Cornell university. Post retirement he served 14 years as Town Supervisor for the Town of Columbus - Chenango county.
Fran’s interests included training and showing horses. He enjoyed a good round of golf, especially if there was a wager involved. During his retirement, Fran was dedicated to maintaining acres of perfectly manicured lawn.
