Jeffrey Holmes, 49, of Louisville, KY passed away Friday, November 10, 2017 in Louisville where he had made his home for the past several years. Prior to making his home in Louisville, he had lived in the Norwich area.
Jeff is survived by his sister Deborah, several aunts and uncles along with several cousins in the Norwich area.
Jeff was predeceased by his mother Sheila Holmes.
A graveside service for Jeff will be held on Thursday, December 7, at 11 am from the Norwich Quarter Cemetery. The Rev. Jeremy Stopford will officiate.
