NORWICH – Esther L. Walker, 54, of Norwich, passed away Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, in the Chenango Memorial Hospital. Esther was born on April 22, 1958 in New Berlin, the daughter of Edward and Edith Johnson Kline.
