Gerald A. Seifert, 67, of County Rd. 34, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2018 at his home. He was born May 17, 1950 in New Berlin, a son of Edward and Dorothy Foster Seifert. Gerald was fortunate to have a very special second family, Charles and Margaret Foster of Smyrna who took him and his siblings in to live with them after the death of their parents. Edwin Winner, 97, of Oxford, NY passed away on Monday, January 29, 2018. A long-long-long time ago Edwin S. Winner was born in Andes, N.Y on December 14, 1920 to the proud parents: Solomon A.
