Forsythe named Distinguished Citizen of the Year

The Baden-Powell Council Boy Scouts awarded Daryl Forsythe as its 2010 Distinguished Citizen of the Year Thursday night at the organization’s 25th anniversary dinner at the Canasawacta Country Club. Pictured are Scouts Josh Mahannah, Brad Ward and Justin Sawyer with Cub Scouts Nicholas O’Neil and Matthew Giglio. Presenting the award to Forsythe is Senior District Executive Chris Wilkinson, as Forsythe’s wife Phyllis and Master of Ceremonies Tom Emerson look on.
