SMYRNA — The Smyrna Citizens Band will perform its weekly Monday night concert at 7 p.m. Aug. 3 at the bandstand above the Smyrna Public Library.

The concert will begin with “The Star-Spangled Banner.” Other selections will include “King Cotton,” “Lean on Me,” “Percy Grainger Portrait,” “Chicago,” “Northern Song,” “Air and Bourrée,” “25 or 6 to 4,” “I Dreamed a Dream,” “Guadalcanal March” and “Star Wars.” The concert will conclude with the “Smyrna Citizens Band March.”

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. Ice cream and popcorn will be available during the concert.

The program is sponsored by the town and village of Smyrna.
