BOWLING: S-E Sweeps Waterville

EARLVILLE – For the second time this season, the Sherburne-Earlville Marauders bowling team struck luck against Waterville as well as many other opponents this year. S-E swept the match 5-0 with an overall 2685-2116 victory. The Marauders remain undefeated at 8-0 in CSC Division II play and are 11-2 overall.

S-E was led by Olivia Fehlner who led all bowlers with a high series of a 605, including a team-best 223 in the third game. Jacob Jenkins finished with a 569 series and had a 200 in the second game. Leland Smith continues to fight to be a contender in every match and finished with a 559 series.

With Fehlner and Jenkins graduating, Smith is someone to look out for next year.

Schedule Galaxy has no other regular season match-ups set for the Marauders.

S-E are the defending Section III, Class D champions from the 2021 season.
