SHERBURNE— The Unadilla Valley/GMU golf team hosted a tough Delhi team on Wednesday afternoon, falling 234-247.

Carter Simonds led the team with a match low 40 while Evan Hill chipped in a 45.

Urijah Drake added a 51 as Blake Lawrence shot a 55 and Daren Smith with a 56. Paul Ruffles finished as the team's sixth golfer on the day.

UV/GMU (0-8) hosts Unatego/Franklin on Friday at 3:45 p.m.
