FIELD HOCKEY: Greene Falls Short Against Whitney Point

WHITNEY POINT – On Friday, The Greene Trojans field hockey team traveled to Whitney Point and suffered a close 3-1 loss. It was the second time the Eagles have defeated Greene this season as they continue to be tough team to beat.

Greene put up four shots on goal with its lone goal from Claire Flanagan, unassisted. Goalie Natalie Scofield made 11 saves on Whitney Point’s 16 shots on goal in the loss.

Greene looks to bounce back as they host Owego-Apalachin on Senior Night this evening at 6:30 p.m.
