NEW BERLIN – For the week of June 15, Carpet Plus Color Tile’s Roger Chase and Robert Glover remain in first place behind Kelly’s Flowers’ Ed Kohler and Lee Coon in the South New Berlin Horseshoe Club. Al Bush and Al Patten of Stafford Builders and Danny Harrington and Lance Gage of Harrington Tree Service are currently tied for third with a 19-9 record.

Kelly’s Flowers got the best of Rustic Ridge’s Ron Anderson and Dale Lund as they took over the team high singles and high series. For team high singles, they outscored Rustic Ridge 161-145 and in the high series, 437-411.

For the team handicap categories, Webster Paving’s Ed Webster and Bob Wells took a one-point advantage over Tresta Smith and Kate Lloyd of Prolifiq Sign Studio in the high series 227-226. In the team high handicap series, Webster’s Paving scored 638 points over second place Kelly’s Flowers with 617.

There was a three-way tie for the men’s high singles as Dale Lund, Bob Wells, and Ed Kohler all scored an 83. Lund also tied Lee Coon for men’s high series with a 233 with Wells behind them at 232.

The women also tied for the high singles as Jess Sherwood and Sheryl Rowe both scored a 75 and Kate Lloyd with a 74. Sherwood earned the two-point advantage over Rowe in the high series, 207-205.

The South New Berlin Horseshoe club plays every Wednesday night with the scores published when they are sent.
