Virtual Economic Outlook Briefing Serves To Update Business Leaders
Published: February 10th, 2021

NORWICH – Commerce Chenango will host their annual Economic Outlook Briefing on February 25, in partnership with NBT Bank and supporting sponsor Preferred Mutual.

Kenneth J. Entenmann, CFA, NBT Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, will serve as keynote speaker. Ken has over 33 years of investment experience and for the past seven years has provided attendees with a great overview of the economy, both local, statewide and global. This year’s presentation will help to define some of the economic impacts due to COVID-19.

“While this year’s Economic Outlook event will look a little different, we are pleased that Ken will once again join us (virtually) to share his ‘outlook’ on our economy. This discussion is critical to the recovery efforts here in Chenango County, and in the Southern Tier.” noted Commerce Chenango President & CEO Kerri Green. “While no one knows how 2021 will unfold, it’s evident that we need to have serious discussions now about recovery efforts, opportunities, strategies for our business owners, and how the past year will impact us in years to come.”

“We continue to navigate challenging times,” added NBT Bank President & CEO John H. Watt, Jr. “We are pleased to offer our support to Commerce Chenango and local businesses by sponsoring this important annual event and sharing perspective on the economy and markets through Ken’s expertise.”

This event is complimentary to all Commerce Chenango members and is open to non-members for a $10 fee, but pre-registration is required. For more information, or to register call 607-334-1402. You may also email register@chenangony.org or visit commercechenango.com and search upcoming events.
