CHENANGO COUNTY – After serving 28 years in her role as Chenango County Clerk, Mary Weidman announced that this will be her final term.

According to a signed letter from Weidman, her service as county clerk will end on December 31, 2021.

Weidman is an Oxford graduate class of 1962, and in 1994 she was elected to the office of Chenango County Clerk; making her the first female and Democrat to be elected to a Chenango County office.
