OXFORD – Lily Marshman, the 7th generation of family owned farm Tiger Lily Holsteins, has been showing her cows at local and state fairs and competitions for as long as she can remember. However, this year due to cancelations, she was not able to show as usual.

The American Dairy Association North East has created a virtual New York State fair which highlights showing cows, the butter sculpture, the dairy princesses and many other educational pieces related to the dairy industry.

"I did a segment on how to show a cow," said Marshman. "That was a part of a few other kids who did 'How to wash a cow' and 'How to clip a cow.'"
