GREENE— The Greene Trojans golf team returned to the course for the 2026 season, teeing off against Unatego-Franklin on Thursday morning. Greene earned the 229-255 victory.

Cooper Flanagan led the team with a 39 (+4) while Alex Berry and Logan Roth both shot a 46 (+11).

Kiefer Evans finished with a 47 (+12) as Joey Monticello shot a 51 (+16) and Orion Lamen finished as the team’s sixth golfer with a 52.

Unatego-Franklin’s scores ranged from a low 38 to a high 57.

Greene (1-0) hosts Bainbridge Guilford at the Genny on Monday at 9 a.m.
