NORWICH - The City of Norwich Police Department has announced that a man was arrested after allegedly breaking into a police vehicle impound lot and stealing a motorcycle.

According to a statement from Norwich police, at approximately 6 a.m. on Wednesday June 24th, the Norwich City Police Department vehicle impound lot was broken into, and a motorcycle was stolen.

Police reported that a short time later, a civilian complaint came in to the Norwich Police Department of a found motorcycle on their property. The Norwich Police Department began an investigation into this incident.
