CHENANGO COUNTY – Area filmmakers Joseph Stillman, Dana Horrell, and Jeri Wachter have teamed up to look at the struggles of “low wage earners” for a new documentary film that features residents of Chenango, Otsego, and Delaware counties.

Representatives said Stillman is professional director, with experience in production and cinematography. His most recent work, ‘Citizen Clark… A Life of Principle,’ released in 2018 and received positive response.

Horrell is a pastor at the First United Methodist Church in Cooperstown, with film experience of his own.
