GATLINBURG - Dotty Bollinger a Chenango County native, announces the release of her published book, The Secret Sauce, A Recipe to Lead Well and Get Exceptional Results.

The Secret Sauce is the second book by Bollinger, published by FriesenPress and provides practical guidance for workplace leaders who want to create an effective and supportive culture through a foundation of a Christian, servant leadership model. Bollinger shares relevant study and stories from her own experiences. With over 30 years of healthcare experience as a registered nurse, attorney and executive, Bollinger brings a unique perspective of clinical and business insights to each practice she works with and has a track record of delivering results. Prior to founding IHA, Bollinger served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Laser Spine Institute.
