Greene EMS Capt. Accused Of Rape

GREENE – The head of the Village of Greene’s Ambulance service was arrested Wednesday by the New York State Police, accused of forcibly raping and abusing a young woman.

Police have charged 29-year-old Kevin S. Oleniacz with first degree rape, a B class felony and forcible touching, a misdemeanor.

New York State Police Investigator Michelle M. Marshall said the two alleged crimes occurred at different dates. She said the alleged rape took place at in the Town of Greene inside of a residence in November and was reported in February.

After making the complaint, the alleged victim was allegedly accosted by Oleniacz again on March 4 in the Village of Greene. The alleged victim contacted police the same day of the incident, reported Marshall.
