OV Boys Fall To Madison

SOUTH OTSELIC— After the win against Manlius-Pebble Hill on Monday, the Otselic Valley Vikings boys’ basketball team hosted a tough Madison team on Thursday night. OV had a brief lead in the first quarter, but Madison prevailed in the second half to win 84-63.

The Vikings played up tempo with the Blue Devils, but Madison picked up the intensity with scoring 22 points or more in the second, third, and fourth quarters to build a solid lead.

Lukas Schieferstein led the Vikings with 26 points with six three-pointers.

Owen Davis added 20 points with four three’s as Tommy Kenyon, Gage Foster, and Alex Doroshenko all had four points.

Konyr Clemens finished with three points, all free-throws, and five rebounds, along with Gage Foster.

Caleb Loomis added a bucket and led the team with 12 rebounds and three steals.

OV (9-10) heads to Manlius-Pebble Hill on Monday for the last regular season game, where the Vikings look to finish the 2025-26 regular season with an even record.
