S-E Girls Wrestling Competes At Mexico Multi-Meet

MEXICO, NY— The Sherburne-Earlville Timberwolves girls’ wrestling team traveled to Mexico High School on Friday to compete in the Mexico Multi-Meet , which also featured Mexico, Carthage, Indian River, Fulton, South Jefferson, and Phoenix.

S-E’s Avangelene Hoffman went 2-0 in the 185 weight class with a :09 pin and a 1:03 pin.

Ava Mereness went 1-1 at 120 pounds with a 4:22 pin over Carthage’s Esmeralda Lorange.

Autumn Miller went 2-1 at 114 with a 9-8 win by decision and a 2:28 pin.

Isabelle Smith went 1-1 at 145 pounds with a :20 pin against Phoenix’s Jenna Mead.

The S-E girls will be competing in the Windsor Lady Black Knights Invitational today at 9 a.m.
