HAMILTON – The first round of the Section III golf state qualifier was held on Wednesday at Seven Oaks in Hamilton. S-E’s Garret Winton and Otselic Valley’s Owen Davis and Payne Wood represented Chenango County. 21 players advanced to Friday’s final round with scores of 83 (+11) or better.

Winton, Davis, and Wood unfortunately all missed the cut and concluded their seasons.
