The business is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday, and by appointment on weekends and nights for the convenience of customers.

Williams said, “The community has been very good to our family and continues to be. We are driven to do the same.”

Williams is grateful for the network of funeral homes, cemeteries, and organizations she works alongside. She is also grateful for every time she hears from our customers, “We made their experience of purchasing a memorial as comfortable and seamless as it could have been.”

Williams is also able to provid memorials for past loved ones with quality products at affordable costs, given recent economic challenges.

Being a lifelong local residents, the Williams’ have the benefit of dealing with their customers on a personal level. Their roots are the community- “We were raised here and raised our families are here. We are honored to serve our friends and neighbors. We have many personal connections to the families we serve, We have worked with them, sat in the bleachers with them, grew up down the street from them, been involved with the community events with them; the list goes on.”

“As many of us learn, when a loved one is lost, there are a lot of decisions to be made and processes to go through.” Williams said. “Preplanning the purchase of a memorial eliminates one of the difficult processes and allows the loved ones left not to have to determine what the person would want on their monument. Preplanning allows you to design a memorial that speaks to how you want to be remembered.”

Williams is more than willing to sit down with anyone to explain the process of designing and purchasing memorials and the services her business provides.
