BAINBRIDGE - After another downfall battle with Delhi, the Bainbridge-Guilford Bobcats basketball team headed home to face Afton on Friday. The Bobcats played superior on both ends of the court to take a 51-39 victory, which was their sixth win of the season.

B-G held the Crimson Knights to single digit scoring up until the fourth quarter, where Afton had 14. While holding Afton defensively, James Hogroian heated up on offense for the Bobcats. The junior finished with 27 points, his highest of the season. Teammate Ilias Wilson finished with eight points as Isaac Seiler knocked down a three with five points.

B-G (6-5) will host non-league opponent Chenango Forks on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
