ALBANY - New York State drivers are being urged to take precautions in construction zones as New York slowly reopens and state highways become more congested.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo, alongside the Department of Transportation, DMV, NYS Police, and the Traffic Safety Committee, advised motorists on Monday to move over for highway workers, first responders and others who help with crashes and roadside incidents.
