Guernsey Memorial Library Offers Services For The Homebound

NORWICH – Guernsey Memorial Library has recently initiated a service to deliver and pick-up library materials to residents of the Norwich City School District who are either temporarily or permanently homebound for medical or transportation reasons.

“Millions of Americans are homebound for one reason or another,” says Guernsey Memorial Library Director Connie Dalrymple. “Given the difficulties facing these folks, we feel that the least we can do is make it easier for them to get books to read.”
