EXETER, N.H. – The Tri-City Charge are now printing their game tickets with the image of one spectacular play that led to a thrilling New England Football League victory earlier this month.

That picture is of Unadilla Valley graduate Josh Foulds, a three-year starter for the Storm football team, and Chenango County’s all-time leading rusher with over 3,500 career yards.

Foulds, who works a full-time job during the day and actually pays his own way to play football on the weekend, is in his third year playing semi-pro football for the Tri-City Charge, a Division 2A club in the 45-team NEFL.
