NORWICH – Following two and a half days and more than ten hours of deliberation, a Chenango County jury has found Peter M. Wlasiuk guilty of second degree murder for a third time.
The jury announced its verdict at approximately 12:45 p.m. today after reviewing the testimony of Dr. James Terzian, a forensic pathologist and witness for the prosecution.
