PATRICK BENNETT
SHERBURNE – Patrick E. Bennett, 46, of Granville Hill Rd., passed away Monday, Oct. 15, 2007 at his home.
He was born April 6, 1961 in Norwich, a son of Neil and Malinda Crandall Bennett and was a graduate of Sherburne-Earlville High School. Patrick had worked at C.W.S. in Norwich, and most recently was a self-employed carpenter. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #876 of Sherburne.
Surviving are his children, Matthew J. Bennett and Dustin J. Norris, both of Sherburne; his mother, Malinda Bennett of Oxford; his brothers, Steven Bennett, and his fiancée, Sandy Miller of Sherburne; Mark and Shari Bennett of Guilford; his former wife, Dee Bennett-Weaver of Sherburne; nieces and nephews, Jacob Bennett, Krista and Casey Fitzsimmons and Melissa Bennett; a great-nephew, Ryan Bennett; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Neil Bennett.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday from the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 10 S. Main St., Sherburne, followed by interment in the Sherburne Quarter Cemetery.
Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
