Mildred Fuller


MT. UPTON – Mildred Fuller, 84, formerly of the Mt. Upton area, passed away Monday, June 26, 2006, in Susquehanna, Pa.
Born in Prattsville, on Jan. 2, 1922, Mildred was the daughter of Clarence and Mildred (Renz) Timm. She attended grade school in Prattsville and high school in Gibson. On June 30, 1938, in Windham, she married Ralph Fuller.
Mildred and Ralph spent most of their married years as owners and operators of farms in the Bloomville and Morris areas, and had lived in Mt. Upton for several years after selling their last farm. Mildred enjoyed knitting and crocheting, and she and Ralph liked country drives, long walks, and doing puzzles together. For the last three years, they had lived with their son, Randy, in Hallstead, Pa.
Mildred is survived by her husband of 68 years, Ralph Fuller; by her children: Ronald Fuller and wife Hazel of New Berlin, Richard Fuller and wife Charlotte of Mt. Upton, Linda Bourn of Oneonta, Raymond Fuller of Savannah, Laura Kirchbaum of Greene, Lorraine Giroux and husband David of Smyrna, and Randy Fuller and wife Michelle of Hallstead, Pa.; by her daughter-in-law, Pat Fuller of Deposit; and by many, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mildred was predeceased by her son, Robert Fuller.
Graveside services for Mildred will be held at 11 a.m. Friday from the Maplewood Cemetery of Mt. Upton. The Rev. Jeff Hale, pastor of the Broad Street United Methodist Church of Norwich, will officiate. There will be no calling hours.
Arrangements are by the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home.
