PATRICIA MASARECH
GREENE – Patricia B. Masarech, 80, passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2007, at Elizabeth Church Manor, Binghamton.
She was predeceased by her husband, Martin L. Masarech; and by her Godson, Timothy Patrick O’Brien.
She is survived by a daughter, Mary Ann Masarech and her husband, Jim Motavalli, Conn.; son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Martin C. and Michele Masarech, Greene; five grandchildren, Erin, Caitlin, Martin, Maya, Delia; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Bill O’Brien along with several nieces and nephews.
Pat was born and raised in Tarrytown. She married her husband, Martin, in 1948. They moved to White Plains, where they raised their family. Pat and Marty moved to Greene in 1990 where they enjoyed 14 years together. After her husband’s death, she moved to Elizabeth Church Manor. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Elizabeth Church Manor for their loving care.
Memorial Mass will be held at noon, Saturday, at Immaculate Conception Church, Greene. Rev. Thomas Ward will officiate. The family will receive friends at 1 p.m. in the Social Hall of the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Greene Emergency Squad, 6 North Canal St., Greene, NY 13778, or to the charity of one’s choice.
