Elizabeth Ettrich


LEBANON – Elizabeth Ettrich, 74, of Lebanon Rd., Eaton, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2007 at her home.
She was born March 10, 1933 in Germany, a daughter of Anthony and Paula Cook Fouquet. She received her education in Germany and was married to Frank Ettrich there. Coming to North America, she moved to Canada initially and in 1957 to the United States. Elizabeth was a loving mother and grandmother and a wonderful homemaker.
Surviving her children, John and Linda Ettrich, Rosemarie and David Petersen and Wilfred Ettrich all of Eaton (Town of Lebanon) ; Ramona and James Festa of Cottondale, Fla.; Reiner and Ellen Ettrich of Norwich; two sisters, Antoinette Donenko of Whitney Point and Karola Fouquet of Afton; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Anthony and Doris Fouquet of Afton and George Fouquet of Binghamton; two brothers-in-law, Charles Hopkins of Afton and Robert Doughety of Arizona; nine grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two sisters, Emily Hopkins and Rosemarie Doughety.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday from the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 3 Preston St., Earlville.
Interment in the Perch Pond Cemetery, South Afton, will be private at the convenience of the family.
Friends are invited to call at the funeral home from 5-7 p.m. Friday prior to the service.
