DERUYTER – John M. Sinesi, 68, of DeRuyter, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2007 at his home.
He was born in Syracuse. John retired from Milton Transportation in Milton, Pa. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran.
Surviving are his wife, Joyce, of DeRuyter; daughters Bobbi Jo (Jay) Jackson of Elgin, S.C., Miki Lee Sinesi (Shanna) of DeRuyter, and Patricia Ann Kamont of Texas; sons Derek (Kathy) of DeRuyter, Richard (April) of Smyrna; former son-in-law James Craft of Lugoff, S.C.; sister Bonnie Gentrey of Orlando, Fla.; brothers Benjamin Wolfe of Key West, Fla., Douglas Wolfe of Tampa, Fla., Richard Wolfe of Fla. along with 11 grandchildren.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at the United Church of DeRuyter. Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, DeRuyter.
Calling hours will be Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home, DeRuyter.
