Tammy Periard

NORWICH – Tammy Lynne Periard, 45, well known and life-long Norwich resident, passed away Monday, March 26, 2007 in Norwich.
The daughter of James and Beverly (Fleming) Periard, Tammy was born in Norwich on June 16, 1961. She owned and managed her own craft store on South Broad St. and was a very talented cake decorator. For the past 10-11 years, she was the property manager for Kelly Management of Norwich.
Considered the “Martha Stewart of Norwich” and a beautiful free spirit, Tammy was a people-person who was thoughtful and giving of herself. She is also survived by her adored nieces and nephews: Danielle Conant of New Hartford, Stacey Roach and husband Reuben of Sherburne, Brandon Conant in the U.S. Army, stationed in Hawaii; Ashley Aikins, Amber Fitch, and Lauren Fitch, all of Norwich; Matthew Fitch in the U.S. Army stationed in Germany; Cheyenne Aikins and McKenzie Fitch of Norwich; Bryce, Kayla, and Kendra Kohout of Davenport, and Jodaya, Dakota, and Jonathan Kohout of Norwich; by great niece and great nephew Kearstin and Regan Roach of Sherburne, and by great niece Presley Aikins, soon to be born. Tammy is survived by her very special friends Kathy Crawford, Betty Christian, and Karin Gross; and by several step-brothers and step-sisters. She was predeceased by her dad, Jim Periard; and by her maternal great grandparents, Clarence and Mildred Knapp.
