HOUSTON – Martha Clark Parks, age 86, of Texas, passed away March 13, 2007 after a brave 10 year battle with cancer.
Martha is preceded in death by her husband, Vernon S. Parks. She is survived by her daughter Murrie Parks McBride & husband Matthew of The Woodlands; sons Bradley Parks & wife Rhonda of Tomball, Jerry Parks & wife Annette of Atascocita; grandchildren Jason Parks, Brigitte Parks, Jamie Parks, Tiffany Parks, Michael Parks, Drew Scott, Forrest Scott, Mariah Parks McBride; great-grandchildren Jason Parks, Jr., Arica Parks, Alivia Sebastian, Grayson Sebastian; sister Dorathy Cleveland of Iuka, Mississippi and step-daughters Carol Servello, Joanne Jourde.
A visitation was held at 2 p.m. Saturday with the service following at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Pat H. Foley Funeral Directors, reception to follow. A private family graveside service will be held at Houston National Cemetery.
