WHITNEY POINT – Daniel J. Crandall Sr. of Whitney Point passed away on Wednesday March 7, 2007.
He is predeceased by his parents; Leon (Ethel) Crandall, granddaughter, Katie LeGesse and one sister, Jessie Davenport. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Crandall, children; Daniel J. Crandall Jr., Lorie Anne LeGesse, Brent A. Crandall, Stephanie L. Orr, Michael P. Sherwood, Brian M. Sherwood; seven grandchildren: Ashley and Brantley Sherwood, Elizabeth and Jaden Crandall, Emma and Megan LeGesse, Carter Sherwood, brothers and sisters; Emily Testa, Edwin “Cork” Crandall, Harold “Mike” Crandall, Richard “Dick” Crandall, Beverly Stone, Robert “Butch” Crandall, Sharon Crandall, William “Buster” Crandall numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and two aunts.
Daniel was the owner of D.C. Forklift for over 25 years, was a refurbisher of collector cars and enjoyed traveling with his wife especially to Maui.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 6 p.m. from the Nichols Funeral Home 7323 119th St. Whitney Point. Burial will be in South Street Cemetery at a later date. The family will receive friends at the Nichols Funeral Home Saturday from 4 p.m. until service time at 6.
