Erin Larsen


AFTON – Erin Rose Larsen, 25, of Afton passed away Thursday, Feb. 22, 2007 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Route 12 and County Route 3 in Oxford.
Erin was born Aug. 14, 1981 to Alan J. and Cheryl (Swan) Mulwane in Sidney. On June 4, 2005, Erin married Jason Larsen in Greene.
Erin earned double associates degrees from NY University at Delhi. Previously, Erin was employed as a C.N.A. at Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich. She was currently employed by Family Home Care of Sherburne as a home health care provider.
Erin is survived by her husband, Jason F. Larsen of Afton; her parents, Alan and Cheryl Mulwane of Afton; her paternal grandmother, Isobel Mulwane of Afton; a brother, Christopher Mulwane of Afton; two sisters: Moura A. Mulwane of Afton and Marilla M. Mulwane of Afton; her mother- and father-in-law: Cynthia and Richard Carpenter of Harpursville; two sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Michelle and Kyle Simpkins of Bainbridge and Jennifer Alcott of South Dakota; four brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Bradley and Carletta Larsen of Bainbridge, Jereme Conklin and fiancé Theresa Hill of Bainbridge, Michael Conklin of Binghamton and Austin Carpenter of Harpursville. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Friends are invited to call on Monday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main Street Sidney. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral chapel. Burial services will take place in the spring at Evergreen Hill Cemetery, Unadilla. Memorial contributions in Erin’s name may be made to the charity of ones choice.
