COVENTRY – Helen (Grace) Estabrook, 84, of Coventry, passed away on Feb. 7, 2007 at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Johnson City.
Helen was born and raised in Johnson City. She married Ralph Estabrook in 1940 and worked hand in hand on their dairy farm in Coventry while raising their four children. She enjoyed her vegetable garden and canned all her own vegetables and fruits until this past year. She enjoyed every Saturday morning when many of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren gathered at her home for coffee with grandma. She was the Town Clerk in Coventry for many years, working from her sunroom office. She had many friends who came often for coffee and to visit.
She was predeceased by her husband, Ralph Estabrook.
Helen is survived by her children, Cal Estabrook of Coventry, Gary and Ann Estabrook of Coventry, David and Debbie Estabrook of Oxford, Nancy and Gary Williamson of Coventry; grandchildren, Amy and Neil Wright, Andrew and Paula Estabrook, Greg and Kelly Estabrook, Todd and Colleen Estabrook, Nancy Estabrook and Jeff, Kenneth Williamson and Alison, Sally and Scott Reeve, Daniel and Danielle Wiliamson, Russ Williamson and Michelle; great-grandchildren, Baileigh, Paige, Alexandria, Kevin, Catlie, Jackson, Maureen, Jason, Justin, Grace, Hannah, and Elizabeth.
Private funeral services are by Root Funeral Home, Greene.
