Sally C. Lindsey, 78, of Norwich, passed away on October 8, 2013 at Valley View Manor Nursing Home. Born February 12, 1935, Sally was the daughter of William and Annabelle (Lyon) Cosen. Sally was for many years an NBT Bank secretary. She is survived by her daughter, Kathleen (Bruce) Monroe, four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, a sister and a brother-in-law. A graveside service for Sally will take place at 2 p.m., Friday, October 11, 2013, at South Plymouth Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
