NORWICH – A celebration of life for Larry W. Rifanburg, 66, of Norwich, who passed away unexpectedly Sunday afternoon, will be held on Monday, March 4, at 1 p.m. from the Broad Street United Methodist Church of Norwich. The Rev. Nancy Hale, Pastor, will officiate.
Friends may call at the Broad Street United Methodist Church on Monday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m.
