NORWICH – Robert C. Richer, 84, of Norwich, passed away early Saturday morning, Jan. 19, 2013, in the Chenango Memorial Hospital.
A funeral service for Bob will be held at noon on Saturday, Jan. 26 fom the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home. The Very Rev. Charles Taylor, Episcopal Clergy, will officiate. Interment will be at a later date in the North Norwich Cemetery.
Friends may call at the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at noon.
