Kandy Blair
NORWICH – Kandy Blair, 49, of Norwich, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012 in the Wilson Regional Medical Center of Johnson City.
A celebration of Kandy’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday from the home of her brother, Lloyd Shaver, 3825 State Hwy. 23, South Plymouth.
