NORWICH – Autumn Mae Slater, infant daughter of Christopher and Alicia Slater, went to lay with the angels, on Aug. 27, 2012 at University Hospital in Syracuse. She was born in Norwich on July 20, 2012.
Even though she was with us for a brief period of time, she will be in our hearts forever.
Autumn is survived by her parents Christopher and Alicia and her siblings Cadence and Dominic all of Norwich; her paternal grandparents Duke and Karen Slater of Norwich; her paternal great grandmother Kathleen Bates also of Norwich; and her uncles and aunt, Cory and Anda Slater, Brian Slater and Thomas Coles. Several great aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
Funeral services for Autumn will be private at the convenience of the family.
